Welcome back! I am so excited that I get to work with you again this year! Please use this form to update your information and submit your policy agreement form for this school year (August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024). There are a few changes due to health concerns as highlighted below, so please be sure to review the updated illness/attendance/cancellation policies and note your lesson location preferences.

NOTE:

Students enrolling in IN-PERSON lessons should understand that if they are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness, they will need to cancel and will not be admitted to the lesson room for instruction/rehearsal.

Students enrolling in VIRTUAL lessons should be prepared to meet via Zoom on a device or computer with appropriate internet connectivity and that is capable of reasonable-quality to high-quality video and audio communication.

Students who will need to be on a HYBRID plan including both in-person and virtual lessons will need to comply to the above statements. In this case, please email Mrs. Porter at portermusicstudio@gmail.com to make arrangements.
